Return Policy
- Our return policy is valid for 15 days. If more than 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged products will not be accepted.
- To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.
- In case you are not happy with your order, or you find some issue in the quality/size/colour of the item, please inform customer care at shop@iamkatipatang.com immediately so that it can be returned to us, and we will arrange for return shipping.
- We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier provider shall pick it within 3-5 days of your request
- Please bear in mind it may take 3-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing centre.
- Following items are excluded from returns:
- All glass items
- Items valued at Rs. 300 or less.
- Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage or application.
- Any item where the return is requested after 15 days of purchase
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
